Yes, you could say that. According to an announcement posted on OneTouch Diabetes Management Software's web page, the product has been discontinued and is no longer being distributed by the company. OneTouch continues to offer support for the application, but they no longer allow customers to download/purchase it. However, the company's other product: OneTouch Reveal is still available, in case that helps you out.
